01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the kotk platform at kotk.io in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the kotk platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered players who access games, place bets, or conduct financial transactions.

Your continued use of the kotk platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 03 Account Registration

Providing false information for the purpose of circumventing age or identity verification may be referred to the relevant authorities.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

kotk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by kotk. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own mobile wallet provider, though kotk does not impose any additional transaction fee on its side.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

Processing Times

Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw funds to a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to any applicable wagering requirements having been met in full. kotk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, and to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

kotk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace, the individual promotion terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual promotion terms) before any withdrawal can be made. Abuse and Bonus Fraud

kotk reserves the right to decline, cancel, reclaim, or modify any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to exploit the promotion through dishonest means, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit a promotional offer. Decisions made by kotk in this regard are final.

Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

kotk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working toward wagering requirements, the position will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the kotk support team.

06 Game Rules & Betting

Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on the kotk platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and other providers integrated into the kotk platform. kotk does not control or alter game outcomes. Sports Betting Rules

Void Bets and Error Correction

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kotk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or under false or third-party details.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kotk platform for personal recreational purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Termination

kotk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if your continued use of the platform poses a risk to kotk, other players, or any third party. Upon termination for cause, kotk may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Findings of a material breach may result in permanent forfeiture of the account balance.

Voluntary Closure by Player

Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms.
